Do you know that the guys got it by making poor choices? Could they have gotten it in a hotel they stayed in? Are you making assumptions? I don't know. But asking. I don't think 900 kids at Cornell all made bad choices. This is a very contagious variant.
But I came on here to make sure this was not a "game cancelled" notice. So we all are on pins and needles.

My post was not intended to question the actions of any of our staff and or players. I should have been more clear. This virus is spreading due to a general disregard of way too many individuals in our country as to the importance of following the guidance of our public health officials who are attempting to do their level best to stop the spread of this virus. Way too many individuals feel that it is their right to
ignore the warnings of public health officials and do whatever they wish. If people will follow the guidance of these public health leaders this virus will eventually be contained just as other public health crises have been previously. Arrogance by a few is risking the health of all of us and it’s time to act to protect our population and stop listening to individuals who do not care about anyone or anything that is not in alignment with their selfish ends. This madness must cease for the good of all!

Announcer said early in game that Jayla and Eboni we’re out with injuries in addition to Priscilla.

Easy to root for this team and enjoyable to watch, although UMBC clearly outmatched. Hope Juliana Walker gets a bunch of time in next 2 quarters.

Was planning to attend this game but a half hour travel in this snow discouraged me from making the trek unfortunately. Can’t believe it was 67 degrees just on Thursday. Wish we weren’t so cheap - we don’t get the station Tomcat kindly noted that it was on Spectrum. Hopefully the bench gets some good minutes today.

I see they moved the seats on either end of the court way back but didn't move the seats along the side or so it appears. In any regard, wish I could be there and am looking forward to my next game in January. Hopefully we won't be on full covid lockdown by then.

SU not playing that well despite the score (63-40 after the 3rd quarter). After out scoring winless UMBC by 16 in the first quarter, next 2 quarters SU outscored them only by 7 despite playing just 2 bench players. Probably tough to keep up the defensive intensity. LGO!
