The answer is to go even harder on International recruits, NIL is far less an issue for them. Syracuse has a name, a great program and plays in a top conference. The Aussie recruits that were offered for next year were lazy options being from the COE, that is a very small pool which is highly exposed and while Somfai and Dias are great prospects, the same can't be said for most of them. There are a stack of Maddy Potts type players who would kill to go the Sysacuse, are as good or better than the COE kids and don't have the same level of exposure. The COE recently sent a team over to play in the Nike TOC in Arizona and came 5th, the group that represented Potts sent a team that came 4th and only lost to IMG by 1 point, only 2 of those girls have offers and none are committed, the COE team had 5 P4 commits and more with P4 offers. I'm sure there are many more in Europe who are also underexposed but really good.
