Agree with you 100%. They have held two top offenses to single digit goals and the best offense in the country to 13. The defense is fine and will get better as rebar gets back to full strength. As for the offense, I think they are still getting acclimated to a new system with some new players and players in different positions. I think they need to continue to move some people around and shift some combinations in the next few games against teams outside of the top five.

In all seriousness, they have played the current #1, #2 and #3 teams in the country and have been in those games. Have they been playing their best lacrosse, no but I think they have had a tough schedule to start the season with a new head coach and offensive system. If they start canning some Free Position Shots and get more comfortable in the offense, they will be fine. This is a top 10ish team, not a top four team. Its just were SU WLax is right now after the off field (and on field) disaster of the last two seasons.

If Traynor kills at Penn State this year...this will look like a bad move! i read all the drama about the off field and on field drama last year...I don't have any inside information...but was it worth kicking Traynor to the curb?

Considering how much she allegedly hurt us in recruiting by pissing people off, yes.

They are 5-0 with a couple close wins and a very easy schedule. She will have success at PSU because she is a good coach, legendary player and they have a ton of money in the current college sports environment. Her departure had to happen and was a combination of many factors that concluded in her going to work for her former boss (old BC asst AD) at PSU. It wasn't just SU pushing her out, they came after her and she wanted to coach with her former assistant coach.
