SU jerseys now available at SU bookstore website

This looks awful. $90 for some screen print BS? I can't get the tackle twill for that much?

Why doesn't SU ever sell authentic jerseys? I can get a Michigan one, why can't I get an SU one?

Also, why can't they make shorter sleeves with elastic?

It's been on sale at for about a month. Bought one 3 weeks ago with a 20 dollar coupon. Only way I could justify buying it.

I am willing to wait until 8/29 before totally making up my mind about these jerseys. Maybe under the Dome lights, on TV, and in action they will look better than they have in still photos. Because in still photos, they look like sartorial poo.*

Really wish they'd sell tailored shirts, much like the game-worn ones.

I wish they made more numbers than just 44.

With the recent ruling in the O'Bannon case, SU is smart to only sell a jersey with a historical number not tied to a current player. I am guessing you will see more schools using this approach and only selling jerseys with a retired number for the same reason.

If you go to Cuse.com to buy a jersey, don't click the Nike shop first. If you do that and select jerseys, this is what you get-http://shop.cuse.com/COLLEGE_Syracuse_Orange_nike_jerseys

Yet another marketing fail. Get you $%@! together Giansante.

Cuse.com just links to the Fanatics website. You would think they would want to link directly to the Syracuse Bookstore instead. They must get paid more from Fanatics than they would make from the Bookstore. :noidea:

Bookstore money might go to the University, while a deal with Fanatics might go right into the athletic dept?

Most sights are run by fanatics. theacc.com store is fanatics run also. New Jersey (ha New Jersey) is not on fanatics yet.

I can tell you this. It is heavy, and not meshy. You will die in this at the September games in the Dome.

Not excited about the blues.

Jayvee unis.

At least the blue has some semblance to the traditional home jersey.

The white pants and white helmets are just plain awful - they don't look like SU Football - except for the first three Maloney Years.

I can live with the gray jerseys and all of the other BS, as long as we have orange pants and orange helmets.

I'm looking to buy one of these and it looks like Cuse.com might not ship until Monday. If I order from the bookstore I can get it by Friday. Is there a difference between the two? The pics look slightly different.

I'm looking for a fabric that will be cool on hot September nights, warm for November tailgates, and that will allow unencumbered arm flexibility as I like to rake leaves in my jersey on Sundays after big Saturday victories. I'm also looking for a fabric that both recruits and casual fans will find appealing, as well as locals and out-of-towners.

You forgot to mention that they need to be McNabb era looking with more orange and will need to match your zubaz.
