I believe that depends on whether they had qualifying grades scores coming out of HS. If they had qual. Scores and only attended JC for lack of any offers or financial reasons, no reason they could not transfer after one year.

As 79 noted he has another year at OCC. SU will be in the transfer market though for offensive players, dont be surprised if they land a few.
