Better get the NBA figured out soon. DNP CD is not a good sign for JF and Wes is starting off potentially worse than last season (which was not a very good year).

Wes has a Win Share -0.1 this season and 1.3 last season. His WP48 was 0.31 last season ranking him 44th at the SF position. His FG% was 40% last season and 3PT% was 37%.

I think JF's injury really took a toll. But Wes' athleticism should have translated better. Yes, Rambis was an awful coach, but these guys are not helping themselves. Bums me out...was hoping these two would have good NBA careers.

Still very early but you are correct, time to step but for JF and WJ... throw in Greene and not the best impact for our alum...

Flynn and Greene left too early. It's their fault. They both needed more time. Wes is a late bloomer. I think he can make it in the NBA. He won't be an all star though.

Going into tonight Donte had a Player Efficiency Rating of 97.8 - that's insane.

(It's in about 2 minutes of game play)

Agree. I also had some concerns with Wes due to his lack of ball skills and being able to create his own shot and get separation. I recall watching his junior year and just scratching my head how he would seemingly disappear at times when he should have been just dominating, especially with his insane athleticism.

Wes is starting at the 2 when he is clearly more suited to play the three in the NBA IMO and on that team his role is simply to be a pt specialist. JFlynn needs a trade period.

2 more examples of why most players need to stay 4 years. Improve you skills, live the life, lay lots of pipe on campus, take out insurance and truly enjoy you senior year

However, Mr. Warrick has started off the season very very well.

Wes is 6'7" and can't put the ball on the floor. He's a jump shooter with great hops but that's it. He's one-dimensional - not a great passer, no handle, not a great defender, and too limited to play guard or small forward in the NBA. I never understood what the NBA scouts saw.
