At first blush this line is insane

But we have a lot of walking wounded who may not play Friday.

Clemson is coming off a Bye whereas we are coming off back to back heartbreakers.

Vegas is betting Clemson jumps on us early and we fold, and putting that line out there they are hoping to bring a lot of money in on Cuse covers.

You guys should know by now the line isnt about who will win. Its about getting even money on both sides. Set a line most dont think Clemson can cover and watch the money roll in on Syracuse. Even money means Vegas wins either way.

I actually consider +17 some respect they are saying we are only 7 point worse than NC State and not much different than BC.

will be interesting to see how the offense does vs a legit D. Pray Bleich and Servais are able to play or I’ll be legit concerned at what Clemon’s D will do to Shrader&Tucker.

Anytime something seems so obvious….I always suggest doing the opposite of what I would do. Once did a whole season of bets like that. Confirmed that my normal intuition sucks. And that making money with vigs is very hard. I don’t bet as a result - at least not on sports. Casino games (Blackjack, craps are a different story!)

Worried about all the injuries on the OL (Beilch, Servais, Tisdale, & Bergeron) and having to play Clemson (off a bye week) on a Friday night thanks to fantastic scheduling by the ACC.

Bergeron toughed it out but it looked like he suffered an ankle injury late in the game.

Unless I am mistaken we are 5-1 ATS. Our OL injuries are my big question. Clemson is decimated with injuries, which can only help. I have said this team reminds me of 2017, we were 3-3 going into a Friday night Dome game against Clemson in 2017 too. Just sayin’
