Wisconsin went to the Rose Bowl last year as an 8-4 team so it's not infeasible (OSU in-eligible). However, Wisconsin lost the tie-breaker with Ohio State this year so unless OSU drops 2, Wisconsin can't make it back to the championship game.
 
That being said, if Wisconsin wins out (still have BYU at home), a 10-2 Badgers team is an attractive at-large option for the other BCS bowls - especially since fans are probably getting tired of going to Pasadena for 3 straight years. After going the first 2 times, that's why I didn't go last year - bowl/travel fatigue.
 
But they'd need a lot of help. Fresno State (#17) is already ranked ahead of them and can steal an at large spot if they get into the top 16 AND ahead of a BCS AQ. Right now, it looks like the Big East Champ (UCF, L'Ville, Houston?) would be ranked worse than Fresno State. 
 
Even if the SEC and Big 12 teams eliminate each other, Wisc still has a good hill to climb to get to the BCS top 14 (currently #23)
