This can suck for many...if the B1G Network carries more than one Primetime Game some will not see it.

That sucks I thought ESPN may want to pick that game up as Northwestern is going to be a top 25 preseason team IMO. South Florida@Michigan State, San Diego State@Ohio State, Cincinnati@Illinois, Notre Dame@ Michigan, Syracuse@Northwestern are the best games.

ND-Michigan is already an ESPN primetime game. San Diego State/Ohio State is probably a lock. for an ESPN/ESPN2 noon game, and South Florida-Michigan State or Cincinnati-Illinois games aren't infinitely better than SU-NU, but I guess we now know ESPN didn't think so and probably picked those games for ABC/ESPN 3:30 regional over SU-NU.

Probably works out better. Northwestern is the worst tailgate atmosphere on earth. So just tailgate at Wrigley. Saturday game is at 12:05 pm. Stick around there until about 5. 10 mile trip from there.

If you have DirecTV then it won't be a problem as the alternate BTN networks are available in 609 or 611 range on your boxes, and honestly outside of the state of Nebraska I don't expect Southern Mississippi-Nebraska to be a bigger game than Syracuse-Northwestern nationally. Especially if SU beats Penn State week 1 and Northwestern is top 25.

I figured 6 was local time. Cubs are terrible so to solve this you leave the game an hour early and enjoy the wonderful Wrigleyville post game scene. I may go straight to Gibson's and miss the SU game.
