7. Golden State: Dion Waiters, SG, Syracuse. Although he's not a great fit with the guard-heavy Warriors, he's too talented to pass on here. Waiters is an explosive athlete -- UConn fans saw it firsthand -- who figures to be better in the NBA than he was in college (his numbers are skewed because Syracuse played such a balanced system).
