No, not yet. He is a very close friend of Ennis, has been up to Cuse a bunch of times, but hasn't pulled the trigger yet. He has an offer, but his stock is rising and offers are still coming in for him. We have a few options in '14, but I think his biggest hesitation is that he really wants to play PG. That we have Ennis and other options on the table for 2014, he wants to be sure he can play the point somewhere. Since he is class of 2015, I'm guessing he might want to see what happens in front of him, Ennis, class of 2014, etc.Sorry I can't remember, but has Briscoe committed to us? I assume?
Also his sister just graduated last year i believe and played on the girls team so he has been around the program forever. I very high on him! He has a serious killer instinct! No, not yet. Still, that said, he must know we do play 2 combo guards often, two that can handle the ball, so I'm sure this is a consideration for him. Some speculation on my part, but I bet Francis would agree with some of my assumptions.
Nevertheless, I do like that he wants to play the point. Very good passer, which most people haven't seen yet. But he can dish and make teammates better.
