No funerals for coach Boeheim
No wonder Jim Boeheim's teams like to bury the three.
Turns out the longtime Syracuse basketball coach grew up in the funeral business.
"We'd pick up dead bodies, of course, and brought them back in," Boeheim told Yahoo! Sports' In Depth with Graham Bensinger. "We lived in half of the funeral home . . . so it was an interesting experience.
"Probably one that made me really try hard to be a good coach, because I didn't really want to go home and be a funeral director."

Kemba Walker: NBA lottery pick. NCAA champion. Philosopher?
When asked by The Score about his feelings on the defections of Syracuse and Pittsburgh from the Big East to the ACC, Walker channeled Confucius when pondering the question.
"Maybe it's bigger than sports," he said.
