Sunday Night 1st round struggles

Since 2010 Cuse is only 3-2 in this 1st round game at the dome including losses versus Army and Bryant. In each of those games, SU was at least a 2 seed. In 2013 we had to come from way behind to defeat Bryant. Albany will most certainly be a much more formidable opponent than Marist was last year. I would expect the continuing theme of upsets in the regular season to be commonplace this round. Hoping the graduating seniors will come out focused and hungry vs the Danes leading the team to victory.

The Orange were slighted in the seedings and having what most agree as the hardest path to the championship probably emboldened these kids. Lacrosse is still played essentially for the love of the game, motivation in Orange should be high.
