Kentucky has played or is going to play North Carolina, Kansas, Indiana, and Louisville. Those are 4 traditionally very strong programs. Indiana is a rivalry game they play every year I believe, and it looks like they're going to be good this year for the first time in a while. But the other 3 are good every year.

UNC has played Kentucky, Michigan State, Wisconsin, and UNLV. That's 3 traditionally strong teams, plus a strong mid major in their home city.

Duke has played Michigan State, Kansas, Ohio State, plus throw in Washington and Temple and Michigan. 3 powerhouses, plus 3 other teams expected to at least compete for a NCAA tourny bid. None of those games were at home.

Ohio State has played Kansas, Florida, Duke. The rest of the schedule sucks, but still, 3 powerhouses.

Michigan State has played Duke, UNC, Gonzaga, and Florida State.

Florida has played Syracuse, Ohio State, Arizona, Texas A&M, and Florida State.

I agree, there is no reason for SU to be any different than the other elite programs.

But we're playing Florida. Maybe Stanford as well. But Stanford isn't on the level of the other teams I mentioned. Most of those teams are playing a team better than Florida, and 3 teams better than Stanford.

That's what I want, 2 or 3 games a year, against perennial top 15-20 competition.  I'd prefer no more than 1 of those at home.
