East
#1 North Carolina(ACC) vs. #5 Indiana(Big Ten)
#6 Notre Dame(ACC) vs. #7 Wisconsin(Big Ten)

Midwest
#1 Virginia(ACC) vs. #4 Iowa State(Big XII)
#10 Syracuse(ACC) vs. #11 Gonzaga (WCC)

South
#1 Kansas(Big XII) vs. #5 Maryland(Big Ten)
#2 Villanova(Big East) vs. #3 Miami(ACC)

West
#1 Oregon(Pac-12) vs. #4 Duke(ACC)
#2 Oklahoma(Big XII) vs. #3 Texas A&M(SEC)

Unbelievable to see this broken down. I don't think the ACC will go 6-0 but honestly there is a decent chance it could happen.
UNC/ND/UVA will be favored and Duke/SU/Miami could win as well.

The ACC and Kansas could eliminate the Big Ten.

That Iowa St. vs Virginia game is fascinating. You have the number 3 offensive team against the number 4 defense and the number 57 Tempo vs 351 in Tempo. If Iowa St. can somehow make that a track meet, I would much rather face them than UVA in the Elite 8.

Not to overlook Gonzaga, because it's going to be a tough one, I'd rather play Iowa State too. Unfortunately, I just don't see us getting that lucky. The basketball gods won't allow it.

Maybe the ACC will treat us a little better now that we've represented them in this historical 6 teams in the Sweet 16 record. Sometimes I feel like the ACC still treats us like outsiders.

Kevin Harlan/Reggie Miller/Dan Bonner on the call for the Midwest regional in Chicago.

If we won 10 nc in a row that would not change. We might as well get used to it.

What is the record for most teams in the Elite 8 and Final 4 from one Conference? Has their ever been a NC game with teams from the same conf?

the 1985 final four had 3 Big East teams - St. Johns, Georgetown, and Villanova.

Are you saying you'd rather see us play a B12 team in the Elite 8 over an ACC team that we haven't beaten in the past 3 years??

I'm guessing nobody here is going to debate the opposing side of your argument.
