They, in fact, did not.Did his ft's at least come close to falling?

If 2.5 years in college is a “bad game”, then yeah.Sometimes it’s just a bad game.
He’s done some good things here this year. 2.8 assists per game vs 0.9 turnovers. If 2.5 years in college is a “bad game”, then yeah.
I would like to see how many of those passes were a direct result of penetration and dish, and how many were a simple ball rotation to an open 3 point shooter. He’s done some good things here this year. 2.8 assists per game vs 0.9 turnovers.
Per 40 minutes, he’s averaging 9.7 assists. He’s a good passer, and one of our best ball handlers. It is what it is.
Nah, that can't be. We saw his future tonight, and it's written in stone.Sometimes it’s just a bad game.
You are right. It was not my intention to start a trash Symir thread. He does good things but he just cannot get the ball in the hoop. I am rooting for him to at least concur the fear of shooting a free throw. He’s done some good things here this year. 2.8 assists per game vs 0.9 turnovers.

They aren’t the same thing, and have much different value to a team.

And by the way, Joe sucks again and will never have another good game. JB will try to close out games with Buddy as the primary ball handler. That’s like 90% of the assists in basketball today. Nobody gives it up on the break or even runs a break, nobody throws alley oops, etc. Nobody feeds the post. Sorry if they don’t pass the drive and dish highlight reel degree of difficulty test.
There’s a ton of value in quickly and accurately passing the ball when you should and putting it on a shooters’ hands when and where he needs it. Frankly, not enough of our recent guards have been any good at that.
I concurConquer
At the very least his first two assists were an alley oop to Benny and a bomb ahead to Jimmy.I would like to see how many of those passes were a direct result of penetration and dish, and how many were a simple ball rotation to an open 3 point shooter.

Every good as BennySmir doesn’t understand how to play the game. He doesn’t know how to make winning plays. There’s no way he should play over the two freshman next year. If he does, those two freshman can’t be very good.
He does. But he is so very limited in areas needed to be a good player at the ACC level. Very frustrating to see SU guards this limited. At the very least his first two assists were an alley oop to Benny and a bomb ahead to Jimmy.
Symir looks for dudes. I'm not suspicious of his assists. He looks to get guys the ball where they can score.
It would be nice if he could present any kind of scoring threat. He does. But he is so very limited in areas needed to be a good player at the ACC level. Very frustrating to see SU guards this limited.
I’m not worried about that .. because thats not his role. I’m more worried how off inbound passes he dribbles the ball right into the corner , creating two phantom defenders … whenever pressedYou are right. The lack of movement without the ball is infuriating and comedic all at the same time. He’ll see crunch time, as we’ll need him
to.
He kept us in the game during the ridiculous short spurt JB granted him vs Indiana. I value that more than a whatever game against Cornell. He provides much needed physicality and ball handling. It almost makes up for the fact that our forwards do not move around without the ball.
Same with Frank.
