I've seen several similar type articles like hers from various Carolina outlets. Some, I've replied and received responses to. It's interesting how anyone can take any bit of material, no matter how small, and spin it to whatever they'd like, false representations of one's true intentions.

I think JB (although he should have known better) was merely trying to say...NYC is a destination city, world class, so much to see & do, etc., Greensboro, though certainly nice, is no NYC, especially if you're there for 5 days. Sorry folks, but the reality is, just as Dan Quail is no JFK...Greensboro is no NYC.

This author is facetious as well, though certainly not by design. Well jeepers JB, if you only had the luxury of tasting the[I] out of this world bbq[/I] across the street from the Greensboro Coliseum, you would have never said such an obtrusive thing about our beloved town. What a silly statement. That's like saying, jeez, if you had only eaten at Grimaldi's down on Bleeker St. in Utica...

And, her obtuse comment about the ACC acronym. Maybe she needs a little geographical assistance here also. The last time I checked, the Atlantic coast extended up and down the entire Eastern Seaboard...always has...the North Carolina coast is just a part of the Atlantic coast...literally, and becoming more and more figuratively, conference speaking.
