What do you mean Cal is still in this game.

I think Texas and Syracuse will be on opposite matchups as the 2K Sports people would probably prefer a Texas-Syracuse Final if possible. I think Syracuse vs. Iowa and California vs. Texas are likely. As I would seed them 1. Texas 2/3. Syracuse/Iowa 4. California.
