Syracuse football projected depth chart (offense): Who will be Tommy DeVito’s top target?

Im predicting Cameron Jordan. Reminds me of Ashton with potentially better hands.

I bet Taj leads In yards and TD’s though. He’s a big time talent. Just needs to add some weight and keep his head in each play.

Can I get an Amen?

"But Jordan is simply too good to leave off a gameplan. Whether it’s giving him a handful of drives through the game, mixing him in as a third-down back and/or using him in the slot, the Orange coaching staff must find ways to get him the ball this season".

It’s difficult to read articles by Bailey because his tweets are normally so pessimistic and depressing. Just last week I think he predicted 5-7 for the 2020 record. So it’s tough to get excited.

Good article though. I feel like we are due a break with the news the last couple of months and if I had to pick I would ask for either a healthy Hendrix or a healthy Heckel. Either would help solve a major depth issue for us.

Also, speaking of pessimistic, we leave ourselves vulnerable in 2021 if TD decided to consider the transfer portal going into his senior year. They really need a dependable hedge if there is a remote chance of this.

When we will find out if Bliech will be eligible this year? Given the NCAA’s track record, i assume they will let the team know approx 15 mins before kick-off of the first game.

He was very optimistic before the season last year

Obvious choices to catch passes in 2020 are Harris, Nyk Johnson, S Johnson, and C Jackson.

Leaving out tight ends, who do we think will catch the most passes in the next group?

Choices:
Cam Jordan
Ed Hendrix
Kevin Mital
Anthony Queeley
Cooper Lutz
Damien Alford
Steven Mahar
Ja'vontae Williams

My choice is Damien Alford

Queeley.

IF Hendrix could get & stay healthy, he’d be in the running for WR1 along w Taj.

Dont sleep on queeley

What are the chances Hendrix is good to go? I think we've got a deep group of WR's to choose from, but I would really love to see Hendrix out there at full go.

Also put me in the camp that Cam Jordan needs to be on the field more.

Let's hope NJohnson is healthy because I have no idea what was going on with him last year and why they didn't play more WR's. Did anyone watch him and see if he was open and TD either didn't see him or was sacked too quickly? Just curious because he didn't look the same on the quick outs either.
