That's something they should be proud of. No reason you can perform in the classroom and on the field. It's been done here in the past.

The rule changed in 2014, now called the GSR for "graduation success rate" (not gun shot residue). The new rule (properly IMO) does not penalize transfers (out) as academic failures as long as they leave in good standing.
