I don't think that it's fair to judge Dino harshly for 2016. And, honestly, I think that he did a masterful job working with what he had (i.e. limited time). And, im not even sure it's right to completely judge him on 2017, because there might be coaching staff shuffles (or possibly not). However, I expect (and excitedly await) some improvement, especially in our core. But once 2017 rolls around, I think it's 100% OK to judge him to the fullest, and I expect to measure favorably with everyone not named Penn State in our core, and do well outside of the core (i.e. Minimum of mid 3*, with some high 3*'s and an occasional 4*). If not, I'd be worried (unless we're winning like crazy - then who cares how we recruit?). Don't get me wrong, Dino has been great so far, so I don't have any reason to think that it can't/won't happen.
