We haven't ever had an issue with them but other plants have inspectors that are very nit picky and will get an NR over something as simple as a form being reviewed and not signed off yet, and the inspector gets mad because he can't look at it yet. Or one package of meat that fell on the floor under a conveyor and hadn't been seen yet by a housekeeper.
