Gotta think we are pretty far behind in staff pay, but to be fair none of our guys are really "proven" coaches who would warrant such a high salary yet. With that said, our OC/DCs make less than a lot of our conference mates position coaches. For instance, Clemson's Oline coach makes 515k a year. Scott Shafer makes 300k per year at MTSU.
