Our staff has an independent system (I have seen it) and evaluate each recruit separately without any prior information on game tape. Each player is rated on a 50 point scale and the staff offers the top players at each position. They also evaluate on character, potential, and work ethic. For example, a player like George Morris is a 4 star in the staff's eyes. They aren't looking at what other schools offer when we offer our kids.
