I am skeptical about the idea that our staff has a unique formula for evaluating talent and prefers to find undiscovered gems. That isn't Plan A if you take a look at the offers we make to a wide range of prospects. If we get better this year, it is likely that our more highly rated recruits (Broyld, Thompson, the JUCO DE Brewster) will have something to do with it.
