One thing is clear, throwing into that triple coverage, not to mention the clock continuing to run since we were out of time outs etc., it was certainly not the throw to make there.  I realize it's hindsight and all, but a major trait imperative for your QB to possess is solid decision making, especially at critical moments and when the pressure is on.
