A couple other memories from that season:

-Winning at Pitt (Fitzgerald Fieldhouse), we were down I believe 17 points and stormed back in the 2nd half to win.
-Home game against Seton Hall when Griffin hit a very late jumper to win it.
-Big Monday win at home against Georgetown - our rivalry hit a hull with them in the late 90s but that to me felt like it was coming back.

I liked what that team did on the court. The Seton Hall game had a lot of hype (Eddie Griffin was a top recruit and this was pretty much our only decent draw for the two-year period before the championship) and kind was of a microcosm of the season, with Griffin hitting the big shot to win.

And the Pitt game was nuts. I think DeShaun featured prominently in that comeback. Exciting stuff.

Those underdog teams can be fun to root for.
