However, like Nebraska, I would assume they understand there is a little bit of a rebuilding project going on, so Kelly also gets the benefit of the doubt. Because of FSU's success, high recruiting class, and last year's season being written off as FSU losing its starting QB in game one, the HC position (regardless of the race of the individual filling it), does not get the benefit of the doubt or leeway as the other two jobs.
