Coming down from Montreal for our first Syracuse game (vs. Pitt Oct.18) .. Where should we park, how does the tailgate work, where is the tailgate located.

Coming down from Montreal for our first Syracuse game (vs. Pitt Oct.18) .. Where should we park, how does the tailgate work, where is the tailgate located.

Parking is permit only in our lot. There are several options nearby that may be available depending on what time you arrive. Worst case you can park at Skytop and take the shuttle to the main campus then it’s just a short walk to the tailgate. I would consider that last resort and with an evening kickoff and since it’s your first game I would suggest trying to arrive early afternoon and explore campus and the Bookstore for appropriate attire. Can even grab a beverage on Marshall Street before heading to the tailgate.

There will be an RSVP thread posted here in the next day or two. Sign up as soon as you see it to avoid being closed out.

We ask a $25 donation for all you can eat and drink including an expansive buffet, craft and mainstream beer (try our own Fine Mess Pilsner) seltzers, soda and water and other assorted treats. We also run a 50-50 on site to help keep the costs down and provide all of our professional equipment.

Cash is preferred but come see me at the Check in table if you want to use digital payments via PayPal or Venmo.

We are located in the Henry Street Lot along the back tree line. There will be a large banner identifying the Fine Mess Tailgate and an array of canopies. Can’t miss us.

I'd arrive 5 hrs early, walk around Marshall St, the quad and campus. Come hungry and thirsty to our tailgate 4 hours early. It is located at the bottom of the parking lot. Our tailgate is named: The Fine Mess or SyraCruz tailgate
