Given that I was born and raised in Syracuse,NY and attended and graduated from Syracuse University (now a relocated alumni) with a Mother that has been empoyed by the University for almost 2 decades and a father who helped literally build much of the campus, I am clearly the authority on knowing what is the best comprise! (jk, but i do have some unique perspective I think)
 
The 1st Key is realizing you should make it as easy as possible, even if it involves extra expense, for students to get to the game because this is after all what makes college sports so fun and unique. [B]Right now this is accomplished.[/B]
 
The 2nd Key is realizing that gameday crowds are driven by locals, they are the annuity stream for the athletic department while the alumni are the stock portfolio that can give big chunks but the volitility can be tougher to rely on. [B]This is a toss up right now and could be improved[/B]
 
The 3rd and final Key is realizing that a healthy City of Syracuse is better for Syracuse University. Kids want to go to a school in a city that is Fun, Warm, and where there is opportunity to advance ones career. We cant do the second but i feel a Stadium that is in a place where locals would go out anyways and students would find fun (Armory for example) would be the biggest win, win, win, win (University/alumni/city/locals) [B]this synergistic combination is almost non exsistant.[/B]
