I moved to Tampa 5 years ago and have seen the crowds at numerous events since then and can't understand why there isn't an official club that gets together for games around here.  I know there is a Suncoast Alumni club or something like that but I haven't seen anything as far as a regular get-together spot for games.  I have put together a group of fans that regularly gets together for football games and weekend basketball games that has grown to up to 30 members for events like the Final Four in 2013.  I have negotiated with the owner of Buckets Tavern and Tap (4535 Gunn Hwy, Tampa, FL 33624) to have 20% of non-special food and drinks during Syracuse games.  Saturdays they offer a special of $1 each drink so there is no discount but food is still 20% off.  If this turns into anything I'd like to put together a website and cards for members.   Right now we call ourselves the Tampa 'Cuse Club.
The bar features 14 large projection screen TVs and the owner said we can have the sound on the speakers as long as there is not a band (Friday and Saturday nights, but there will be game audio on the 4 outside TVs).
Please feel free to pass this info along to any fans you know in the Tampa Bay area and let's all get together to root for the 'Cuse...
