one recruiting site has removed his name from the Rutgers visit list next weekend and slated him to visit South Florida instead on 1/20. That site also removed his offer from Rutgers - so according to that site he has now not been offered by rutgers. I take it to mean that he canceled his visit to rutgers and so the rutgers mods removed his offer. rutgers failed to flip him.

the other recruiting site has him slated to visit South Florida this weekend 1/13. that same site has him listed with a rutgers offer as well as South Florida, Cincy, NC State, Iowa State, Central Florida, Marshall and others.

This is a real big keep. May not be rated all that highly, but 1st team defense in his class, getting interest from home-state schools, with a good ceiling... this will be a nice test.
