since NIL isn't pay for play he could in theory be doing promos for Nye Ford while playing for the Gamecocks.

Don't laugh, I have thought about that several times in the past few years.since NIL isn't pay for play he could in theory be doing promos for Nye Ford while playing for the Gamecocks.
Rev share agreements are tied to playing at the school.since NIL isn't pay for play he could in theory be doing promos for Nye Ford while playing for the Gamecocks.
but rev share is supposedly limited to $20M per school, yet some schools are paying way more than that for their roster so at least some NIL has to be outside that agreement, no?Rev share agreements are tied to playing at the school.
Yea NIL is unlimited still for any school. As you can seee Texas and Oregon and a few others are still using there $16,000,000 of revenue share and then unlimited NILbut rev share is supposedly limited to $20M per school, yet some schools are paying way more than that for their roster so at least some NIL has to be outside that agreement, no?
Right but if this player has signed a rev share agreement, it’s for playing. And binding. There are also model NIL agreements in each conference that make it clear that while it’s not pay for play you have to be a part of the university and other stuff in question. It’s why the Washington situation was quickly resolved.but rev share is supposedly limited to $20M per school, yet some schools are paying way more than that for their roster so at least some NIL has to be outside that agreement, no?
This option A, and hopefully true. A butt hurt fanboy that realized their team doesn't have a viable tight endThere was just a random poster that said he tried to enroll in classes. This was not a 247 staff member or anything like that.
So take that for what’s it worth as well
