from 2004 on, there have been 30 games like this. 3rd worst (MD and Duke)

from 2000 on, 5th worst (UVA Duke Vandy Miss St)

2004 on, we have the 5th most home games with 1 td or less

marrone and shafer at least get 2 tds, not that many 1 td games

Gerg was #1 in home games with 1 or less TD

Please. Stop. This hurts to read. Basicall one year of offensive non-futility since 2006

You would think eventually we can have an air-it-out offense in the dome? How hard is it to implement a vertical passing system playing in a frickin dome. Go long. Go long again. Hey guess what, **k it, go long again! They need to hire me to be the OC, I have credentials. I was our teams playcaller one year when we did flag tag football, we almost made the playoffs that year too!

This is why when I hear parking, Metlife, beer prices, name your reason for why we have less fans, I question any of it.

The formula in Syracuse is to win games with offense. That gets you a fanbase. The fans have to believe the offense is good enough that they never think they're assured of walking into a loss. That's how things were in the 90s. Since McNabb left it went from getting bleaker to fell off a cliff to a little better but still bad to one fairly good year but I think it's an anomaly to looks bleak again.

your odds of seeing something totally exasperating are really high.

people need something different.

and it's not like there's some big risk here, it's not like they're actually winning ugly at home.

19 times in less than 6 seasons

virginia has the same problem

Fans wont show up either way so this isn't the factor.

We could start a whole thing an attendez. But Just take a trip to the basketball board. How many fans support only the basketball program and not our football program?

Just my 2 cents...

syracuse is third behind UVA and USF

marrone had 11 of those games in his first 3 years (0-11) in those games. he had one in 2012 that they won

shafer has 7 of them. He managed to win 1 of them

There's your attendance problem

This query tool is awesome - have fun with it

I'm sure you noticed your boy Leach has Washington State's offense at #3 in the country right now. The program was a poopshow when he took over. The guy is a freakin' genius.

Thank God for all of his northwest recruiting ties. #sarcasm

Those type of minds are out there, proving that football coaches don't have to be complete dolts. Let's find our next head coach / offensive coordinator in Texas, not Michigan.

You serious? Basketball team wins, people will always follow a winning program. Especially in this day and age. They are called band wagon fans. You think if the bball team starts winning 10 and 12 games a year there would be all those bball fans? Not a chance
