I honestly feel bad for Tebow because all of this nonsensical media attention isn't his fault. He's just not a real quarterback and I have found myself rooting against him (even though its hard not to like the guy) just to shut up the masses and media who have heaped ridiculous amounts of praise on a guy who is not going to be a QB long term. What a strange phenomenon but thanks to the Pats. I could not have taken another week

Denver got rocked by a much better team that was much more prepared. Tebow played like , and they lost big, thus we get the Tebow remarks. This is to be expected, but Joe Montana himself would have had trouble keeping a relevant score under tonight's circumstances.

There was never anyone that said he was a great QB if you read the thread...most agreed that his absolute ceiling is good, but most likely average...

What I saw was a D that had time to figure out that unusual option-based offense...and obliterated it. Seems like every other play, Denver actually lost yards.
Bottom line: Teams will learn from this and successfully defend Denver's offense, meaning that Tebow will have to become more of a pro-style QB to succeed.

What a shock. Denver gets beat down by a team 100x better than them and the Tebow haters come out of the woodwork. Everyone said this game wasnt about Tebow, it would be about Denver's defense and if they could stop the Pats. Well, when Brady scores a TD every time he touches the ball, its kinda hard to keep it respectable. When the o-line cant block for more than 2 secs, recievers cant get open, when they do they drop passes for first downs, and you're down by 2 TD's in the blink of an eye...its kinda hard to succeed, but hey dont let that keep you from hating ;-)
Bottom line, Tebow will be the starting QB next year with hopefully a new weapon or two. We will see how he does...

I don't think Qdawg was trying to be clever. He's just not caught up in this weird hype. I have no idea what type of affiliation you have with the Broncos but I will tell you now he's not a QB. Its as clear as day to 75% of the country. I can't say I understand the other quarter of the country. Nice kid, horrendous QB.

I have no affiliation with the Broncos. Im a Bills fan but since my team is epically horrible, im rooting for this guy. The guy has succeeded at every level when people said he couldnt, I have no reason to doubt him now. Ive watched all his games this year and still have no reason to doubt him. Hes had some really bad games and a couple pretty good ones, sounds like a rookie QB, which is basically what he is. He does have to be more pro-style, I agree, however the read option will work. The pitch option, not so much.

I actually like Tebow, and I feel bad that I have to root against him, but I personally can't root for the hype bestowed on him by the media and the rest of the world for a bad NFL qb. He's fun to watch, but he's a gimmick. Once the NFL world forces him to be a pocket passer, he will be either out of the league or will be a FB or TE. My guess is in two years he will be a TE
I will say he was probably the best college player of all time. That's hard to even debate (2 Nat titles and a Heisman)

Wasn't he the #1 QB coming out of HS? Where do the Tebow supporters come up with this stuff.
This year was an awesome story, he's not some John Starks type dude that was bagging a couple years before making it to the pros though. He was a first round pick - not some homeless disabled dude that came out of nowhere.

I feel bad for the guy because the pedestal folks have placed him on is so high there is only one direction to go. He may very well be a hell of human being but he is a terrible quarterback. At one point in the third quarter he was something like 3 for 12 for 21 yards.
