No one had announced it, it was a legitimate question. Who knows what can happen in an offseason. So I for one (well, Dave Rahme for 2), am glad it's confirmed.

True, but there are obviously expectations that have to be met during a suspension. If these are met, it is generally announced that a player has been reinstated. That did not happen, as I recall, during the media blackout that has been imposed by Doug, et al. And I'm not knocking the blackout. Not yet anyway.

He hasn't been arrested again, so that's a plus.
