Open missed three and kicked ball at a key moment...YECH !!!!
It was stupid.Swider was trying to play tough D, since we needed to get a turnover and score on the other end. It was unfortunate, but I doubt that he (or most of us) were thinking about the 20 second shot clock reset in that situation.
Yeah, Joe catching the ball with his back to the basket 90 feet away with 9 seconds left is so bizarrely dumb I can't understand it.The kick ball is unfortunate. It’s an instinctual play.
The lack of urgency though the last play was weird though.
that's an issue - not understanding the game/clock situationSwider was trying to play tough D, since we needed to get a turnover and score on the other end. It was unfortunate, but I doubt that he (or most of us) were thinking about the 20 second shot clock reset in that situation.
I think that is the 2nd time I recall this happening to us this year. A beneficial clock that we burn when opposition gets extra 20 seconds due to kicked ball.Swider was trying to play tough D, since we needed to get a turnover and score on the other end. It was unfortunate, but I doubt that he (or most of us) were thinking about the 20 second shot clock reset in that situation.
It just might be.Kicked ball clock reset is the worst rule in sports.
It's an instinctive move, trying to deny the entry pass as the clock is winding down.that's an issue - not understanding the game/clock situation
How is a kick ball bad luck ? It’s only a kick if it’s intentional. An intelligent player who knows the rule and factors in score / time should have the wherewithal to not kick the ball . There is a reason it almost never happensAnyone who blames Cole for that kicked ball is nuts lol. Total bad luck
