Thanks for posting. A couple thoughts:

1. Whoever told the Chairwoman of the Texas Bowl that leather pants were the way to go, should rethink that position.
2. I LOVE HCSS (NE kids, tough kids, 9 players played tonight with their degrees, can't wait to get home and put this trophy in our trophy case, etc.)
   
3. Touching shot of Morris (snapper) kneeling all by himself, having a moment. I did wish I had seen a teammate come over to him, but maybe that already happened.
4. As Jake said in another thread, Hunt is just a cool character. Ice ice, baby.
5. Love that the MVP gets a cowboy hat
6. We went 2-0 this week: crushed MN in the Rodeo Bowl 6-1. And oh yeah, beat them in the Texas Bowl too.

Shafer kept making it a point to say all the right things, most of it directed, it seemed, at potential recruits and their parents.

Loved the line about our student athletes don't cut corners. Zing.

I liked that despite the fact those commercials make me sad. I don't want to hear James Earl Jones and Malcolm McDowell reading text speak. It's so far beneath both of them.

Of course I'm sure the $$$ is just fine.
