He started with belief without evidence and set the expectation it would take a couple years to see results.  People were patient and Dino delivered in year 2.  If Gerry and ADBB set the expectation this year is about establishing a core and a culture.  I believe people will be supportive.   The friction arises when there is a mismatch between the rhetoric from the key players, the circumstances, and the product on the floor.  If Gerrry comes in shouting “final four or bust” and he flames out, then fair game.
