I'd have to think that they see the stress on JB and no matter the desire to avoid it effecting him, it has to be effecting JB in one way shape form or another. Bet they see that and will take it upon themselves to work harder then ever to "help" JB out by taking the reigns of this team even more so than usual to take some of the pressure off the coach and will be their way to help him out in the only way they really can.
