I may be able to trace it, but prefer to think that any one of you chose to brighten my day and in so doing,  have reaffirmed for me the tradition that Dave Bing, Jim Boeheim, and a host of others have built over many decades. Some of the greatest moments in SU's basketball history have been exactly those moments that the team & program were under duress.
 
On this team we have a fine group of talented athletes that want to be remembered with equal reverence. When they play their best, they can beat anyone. Even when they don't play their best they're a tough out. I've filled out a number of brackets but they all have SU winning the championship.Whoever you are, your gesture reminded me of why I did that. They may well lose but we should never count them out until they do. Personally, I don't ever want to be in position of picking against them when they win it all again. I still think this year could be that year.
