the saddest part of this game is we never got a chance to see an actual basketball game between two excellent teams. instead what we saw was a game taken over by whistle happy glory hound refs.

why these refs decided before the game to call it so tight between two teams with no thug history is a question for the ages.

i wished i had a chance to actually watch basketball today..i dont know what that was

I come in peace.

That was one of the worst officiated games I have ever seen. Both sides.

Absolute BS from the refs.

oh dont get me wrong, im not saying ohio st. won because of the refs..im saying both teams were not allowed to play actual basketball because of the ing refs. at one point if the ball was dumped into sullinger...it was a foul on syracuse..then to make up for that..if a syracuse player drove to the hoop, it was a foul vs ohio st

There were a couple of calls on Scoop where he literally did not even touch the Ohio State player.

Trust me - I wanted Cuse to go down worse than anyone, but I wanted to see a legitimate game.

The refs took that away from Syracuse, Ohio State and college basketball fans.

Agreed.

I think we got hosed for about a 20 minute stretch, and then we got some calls to keep us in it at the end. It doesn't make up for the foul trouble, the disruption to the flow of the game - I can't even assess this . It was that bad.
