*Its unlikely that top shelf assistants will leave a good job for a job under a coach on the hot seat unless we pay them a LOT. However, since there are a lot of openings, there are probably a lot of assistant coaches looking for a job right now. 
*A significant number of fans are disillusioned with the program. 
*We should have a good offense (at least passing) and special teams because we play almost all our games in perfect weather (Dome + southern away games).
