Rivals is, again, a cesspool and the premium isn’t any better. Sam Hellman has been running Scout, now 247, for years and he runs a tight ship. I don’t know about Rivals anymore but kids don’t get “bumped up” by committing to Rutgers at 247. If anything, they seem to drop when they commit. No one on 247 blinked when Sitkowski dropped, he was injured and only played 4 games this year. How could he not drop? Is that kid a 4*? Not from what I’ve seen but he has some skills and we’re happy to have him especially since he brought WR Jordan along from IMG.
