Waiting is really killing me. I feel like I will be up to shenanigans if I don't find a way to get this nervous energy out. How are you all coping?

Im not yet, but I am certain I will be on Saturday before game time. It starts with this butterfly feeling.

Bizarrely I am not nervous at all since we are playing with house money at this point. Now should we beat Michigan and play in the NC game things will change as the stakes go up and I will be a total mess.

The only game that I've been nervous about this whole tourney has been Indiana. I felt the whole week before Thursday's game that the Indiana game would be the "hump" that this team needed to get over on the road to a championship. I was convinced that if we beat the Hoosiers, we'd make the Final Four 100%.

Now that we're here, I have a really, really good feeling about this. This team can smell how close they are to a championship.

To pass the time, I'm dreaming of how it will feel to watch them cut down the nets on Monday...with me in the Georgia Dome watching it unfold.

With you on this. Nervous as heckfire.
Still, good vibes.
I just want game on.
Then game win.
Then crazy tee decision to bolt for the Georgia Dome.

tomorrow is gonna be even tougher, got a feeling ill be up at 7am.
I feel as though someone should give me a steady stream of horse tranquilizers ala Bachelor Party or similar.
Then, to club me over the head with a hammer.

Then I might chill (if PBR administered).

In my experience, it is much easier to be at the game in person than watching on television. There is much going on to distract you beforehand, and when the game is going on, you are so busy "helping" it takes the passive, helpless nerves away. That is true for me anyway. We will see if it's true for tomorrow's game!

Today and tomorrow will drag on until tip off but it's more excitement vs nerves. However after we win Saturday, Sunday and Monday I will be useless to most things not SU basketball related due to nerves.

Exactly what I told someone last night.
