The best part about last nights game

That was awesome. We're used to such things in opposition basketball arenas but to hear that in death valley was great. Where were all the LSU fans as the game went on though? I always hear that they're the best fans. Buuuut last night has me thinking that's a myth. That stadium was empty.

Yeah I didn’t get that. Not enough style points?

The amount of noise they had to pump in via music and bass on third downs was disappointing. I know this was far from a marquee game but the Carrier Dome is louder than that place was yesterday. It was unreal how fast it emptied out during the second half too.

They were expecting a blowout and didn't figure that it'd be so close. They're super pissed.

Wow...96044 was the official attendance which makes this chant even more impressive. But I do love how the last 3 digits ended.

I see myself in that picture! Arms raised, of course.

I screamed myself hoarse on that LGO chant. Such a great experience being with my Orange brothers and sisters.

A big part of the trip for me was getting to finally go to a Syracuse game with my dad (I was born in Syracuse and he raised me to bleed orange) and my boys (age 6 and 7 - we live in Austin and I need them to stay the right shade of Orange). I loved being able to enjoy that inter-generational Orange spirit. The other fans could not have been better to my kids. One of the Syracuse fans even gave them a box of M&M's at the end of the game.

So proud to be a Syracuse fan.

If anyone was wondering why fans left early, just head over to tigerdroppings.com to read the multitude of threads that want Coach O fired yesterday.

There were empty seats from start to finish and it looked like the place was empty the second half

LSU and Tennessee. Fans of both found something else to do yesterday. I saw some pictures of Neyland, looked less than half full.

You mean that non-SU fans also leave early? I thought it was only SU fans

I read tigerdroppings on plane ride back today, they leave early for the same reasons, beat traffic, poor play etc
