That said, when he, or other players for that matter, penetrate there is no relief valve set, so once the offensive player penetrates, he has no one to kick to because no one is working to get open for him to pass to. Often times the top of the key is wide open, while the corners are very crowded, resulting in bad passes and turnovers.

I like that Buddy continues to develop his game, it shows  what a worker the kid is. However if thi is going to be a continued part of the offense, which it should be, the rest of the team needs to realize that when someone penetrates, they need to get open for the pass that is going to come. Create a play or two that one player swings to the top of the key for a wide open, straight to the basket three that will have a high percentage to go in.
