I think the first four on my list are brilliant, the second four are exceptional, the next few are all varying degrees of OK, but the last two are terrible.

2-6 are pretty interchangeable for me, and 7 is just a shitty movie, IMO.

Nothing beats the Lebowski. That movie really ties this resume together.

I am a huge fan of the brothers and have seen all their films. I've seen most of them more than once, and several of them multiple times. I'll bet I've seen all or most of Lebowski 20 times.

I think most critics would say I have Miller's Crossing too high and Fargo too low

i'll give my top 5.
1. blood simple . absolutely blew me away first time i saw it way back when.
2. raising arizona. i own this one on dvd.an absolute friggin comedy classic mordecai.
3. no country for old men. javier bardem is one of the greatest antiheros ever. "call it"
4. fargo. i own this one also. perfect mix of dark yet funny.
5. B.L. perhaps best seen on weed.probably moves to #1 after a marley moment.
