Meaning, the work on the Dome itself is now assembly work. The system is in place, the crew know what they are doing and the remainder will likely move faster (when they work) than they have since the start. Also, the crew has done steel work in bad weather, they know what they are doing and they can work around much of the bad weather, as well as the fact that the plan generally includes X scheduled time off (these guys are like we are, they want time to enjoy their lives, too) as well as expected lost time due to weather.
