I can only assume they are afraid they would get the site shut down due to covid but I know for a fact that they are essential due to the dome not being structurally sound due to it being open. And that is why I don’t understand the restrictions on the project. Yes they don’t probably want the scrutiny, but it’s an essential buisness.
